The session begins with an intuitive relaxation massage, allowing your body to settle, soften and become receptive.
From there, the experience moves beyond conventional hands-on bodywork into hands-off energetic work around the body.
Caroline works intuitively with the energetic field surrounding you, moving through four distinct quadrants aligned with the cardinal directions — North, South, East and West — while working with a bespoke crystal grid created for your session.

Your session begins with approximately one hour of intuitive relaxation massage, creating a grounded and deeply relaxed foundation.
Caroline then transitions into the hands-off energetic component of the experience.
A bespoke crystal grid is placed as part of the session, and Caroline works sequentially around the four energetic quadrants.
The experience may involve sensations, imagery, emotions, memories, insights, shifts in perception or simply a profound sense of stillness.
