Paulette Holden – Assure Kinesiology

Paulette is a kinesiologist with a background within the early childhood sector, working with children, and their families, for over 30 years.
She embarked on her kinesiology journey initially studying ‘Kinergetics’ then
later adding ‘Neuroenergetic Kinesiology’ (NK) to her repertoire and
scope.


Paulette’s extensive qualifications include:

  • Associate Diploma of Education (Child Care)
  • Advanced Diploma of Community Services (Early childhood)
  • Kinergetics 1-6, including master class
  • Diploma of Neuroenergetic Kinesiology
  • Advanced Diploma of Neuroenergetic Kinesiology

Paulette’s vision is to continue to positively impact the lives of families, adults, and children alike, through this avenue of holistic healing and the amazing work that is, kinesiology.
By using simple, non- invasive techniques of muscle testing and monitoring, Kinesiology can assist with many types of imbalances (including emotional, physical, hormonal, nutritional, behavioural, neurological, energetic, and spiritual) identifying where stress is being held in the body and releasing blockages to healing.

Paulette works with both adults and children in her practice and is delighted to offer her services two days per week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and is looking forward to assisting you on your healing journey…. and to live life in flow!

PAIN Management

I’m honoured for Thriving Possibilities to be listed as a provider for the Community Based Pain Management Program at Pain Education & Management | Brisbane based community focused pain management. (managepain.au).

This multi-disciplinary program, endorsed by PainAustralia, is a Pain Education and Management community-based program, along with local pain clinicians and education team, enables you to access a holistic support network in your local area sooner.

Your pain education and management program starts with establishing an individualised persistent pain management care plan. Your plan is based on a comprehensive clinical assessment with our multidisciplinary team in consultation with a general practitioner. Following this, you have the option to join our workshop series conducted by professional facilitators, occurring fortnightly, and held in small groups, comprising 14-16 participants.

Thriving Possibilities can provide physical, emotional and energetic support along the way with complementary therapies such as lymphatic drainage, relaxation massage, energetic facelift, reiki and more.
