As my own boss at Thriving Possibilities I’m always upskilling!
During 2023, I identified the need to add trauma informed practices to my work to bring my very best to my clients.
I started with The Centre For Healing’s (TCFH) Trauma Informed Coach Certificate – Loved it! (FOR FREE!!) I highly recommend this valuable and enlightening course for anyone who works with people in vulnerable settings such as doctors, nurses, lawyers, counsellors, teachers, first responders, DV support workers, as well as those recovering from trauma and abuse, or supporting friends and family through it.
Then, I added Understanding Addiction – so much light shone, and perspective shifts on the issues of my first marriage! (also FREE and priceless). I’ll be exploring the low-cost Families of those with addiction course soon too.
And NOW, I’m also fully qualified in Root Cause Therapy Levels 1 and 2 and have added this amazing technique to my suite of offerings!! This therapy is super effective at identifying and releasing limiting beliefs by processing the trapped emotions in a gentle and efficient somatic technique. See more here
I’ve also recently completed and become certified in Trauma Informed Manifestation Coaching and am currently using the techniques to create changes in my life and business to embody the wisdom before adding this to my offerings too.
I highly recommend all of the courses I’ve done with TCFH thus far, and attended a meet and greet event with other practitioners recently and loved the collaborative supportive atmosphere too.

Wow that was strange. I just wrote an incredibly
long comment but after I clicked submit my comment didn’t appear.
